This policy explains what data the Vercell Ops app collects, why, and what you can do about it. Vercell Ops is a work app for Vercell staff. Vercell is responsible for this data. Contact: info@vercell.ge.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, work email, role and profile photo. Your company admin creates your account.
• Work content: messages, photos, videos, voice notes and files you send, and the work items, production, quality, warehouse, sales and calendar records you create or update.
• Calls: audio and video are sent live between participants. We do not record calls.
• Device data: a push notification token, so we can send you notifications.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data, so we can fix problems.

We do not collect your location. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data.

Device permissions

The app asks for camera, microphone, photos, calendar and Face ID access only when you use a feature that needs it, like scanning a barcode, joining a call, attaching a photo, adding an event to your calendar or unlocking finance screens. Face ID is checked by iOS; the app never receives your face data. You can change these permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings.

Why we use it

We use this data only to run the app and the company's work: to let staff communicate, to keep production and sales records, to send notifications, and to keep the service secure and working.

Who can see it

Your colleagues see the content you share with them, based on their role. We use service providers to host the app, send push notifications (Apple and Expo), run calls, and collect crash reports (Sentry). They process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. When your account is closed we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep by law, such as accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email info@vercell.ge or ask your admin.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
